August 1: Cheese making. 11:00 Ann Hartford Bio: Cheryl Saegaert has been a 4H leader for more than 25 years and has raised goats all that time. She has been making cheese for the last 10 years and will be happy to demonstrate the procedure. There will be samples of the different cheeses that you can make from the simple 20 minute recipe.

Lesley Wooler will be giving a talk on the use of aromatherapy and herbs for everyday stress. Herbalist, Registered Aromatherapist, and Flower Essence practitioner, Lesley is the proud owner of The Herb Wyfe (June 1998 to present) located at Belmont Market in Wakefield, Rhode Island. Specializing in organic medicinal and culinary herbs, herbal teas and tinctures, essential oils, flower essences, incense and smudge sticks. She completed her first herbal apprenticeship and advanced herbal studies in the 1990's She has served for eight years on the council for NEHA (North East Herbal Association); the past 4 years as President. She studied with Valerie Ann Worwood for over 4 years and is a Level IV Aroma General Practitioner. She has been teaching aromatherapy classes throughout the New England area for over 15 years.
